ST. GEORGE’S, GRENADA, July 4, 2016 – GIS: Newly appointed Senator in the New National Party Government, Pamela Moses wants to work for the best interest and development of young people.

Senator Moses accepted her instrument of appointment on Friday from Governor General Her Excellency Dame Cecile La Grenade. 

She will serve as Parliamentary Secretary with specific responsibility for Youth and Religious Affairs in the Ministry.

Sen. Moses is particularly keen to transform challenged youths from the streets into people of value in the society.

"Our young persons have challenges that really are too much for them," the new senator explained.

"I think they need our help, they need our serious intervention, they need us to come up with ideas and programmes that can help them to have a better life.”
