The Spicemas Corporation (SMC) will hold a Carnival Symposium at the end of August to look for innovative ways to ensure that Grenada’s biggest cultural festival can become a profit making venture by operating more as a year-round business.
During Tuesday’s Post Cabinet Briefing, Culture Minister Senator Brenda Hood said the Corporation must devise innovative ways to make money.
One suggestion thrown out was charging a fee for the use of its Trademark.
