Beausejour, Carriacou, January 27, 2014-Athletes of the Harvey Vale Government School took to the tracks over the weekend as the school held its annual inter-house athletic meet on Sunday at the Harvey Vale Recreation Ground.
Elvita House (Yellow) was victorious at the end of the meet with 437 points; athletes of Dennis House (Green) took the second position with 384 points while Sybil (Red) was third- 306 points.
Some of the outstanding athletes were Knisha Cudjoe the divisional champion in the under 13 girls division, Shemol Cudjoe under 13 boys champ; others include Josie McLeod, Timothy Stanisclaus and Gerrianne Guy.
Meanwhile athletes of Dover Government School will be holding their track and field meet on Sunday February 2nd, 2014 at the school grounds.
